At TVI, we\u2019re not just about marketing fixed ops\u2014we\u2019re about building a community of passionate, driven people who love what they do and keep pushing the envelope. Case in point: two of our very own Fixed Operations Specialists, William \u201cSkeeter\u201d Hyde and Ken Pletcher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skeeter has been with TVI for an impressive 16 years. (Yes, 16!) He\u2019s a Hall of Fame alum who proudly recalls how the opportunity to join TVI helped him grow not just professionally, but personally, too. \u201cI really enjoy working with the public, selling, cold calling\u2026 things of that nature,\u201d he says. If you\u2019ve ever had the pleasure of meeting Skeeter, you know he\u2019s a true people-person\u2014sharp, sincere, and full of Southern charm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ken Pletcher might be newer to the team (three years in), but he\u2019s no stranger to the TVI product\u2014he\u2019s been using it for over 16 years in his former dealership roles. \u201cThe one thing I truly love about TVI is the culture,\u201d Ken shares. Coming from Hendrick, a group known for its strong company culture, Ken says TVI takes it to a whole new level. \u201cEverything\u2019s about the people and how we can make each other better.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That commitment to growth and innovation is something both Skeeter and Ken agree on. \u201cWill Allen [the President] is never complacent,\u201d says Skeeter. \u201cThere\u2019s always something new, something fresh. That keeps the drive going for us agents.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ken adds, \u201cI\u2019m really looking forward to the new products we\u2019ve got in development. A lot of my stores have been asking, and I can\u2019t wait to bring them something powerful and new.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two also talked about a longtime industry pain point: juggling multiple vendors for different marketing needs. Skeeter hit the nail on the head: \u201cFixed ops guys want one vendor, one contact, one solution. It just makes sense. That\u2019s what we\u2019re building\u2014everything under one umbrella.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s what TVI is all about: smart people solving real problems, together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
