It\u2019s about building solutions that streamline workflows, increase accuracy, and ultimately, help dealers thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trey Foster, who joined TVI in 2019 as a software engineer, now leads the tech team with a vision that blends practical know-how and a deep understanding of dealers\u2019 needs. \u201cMy role is basically to ensure that technology is a success, the way we process and analyze data for our clients.\u201d Trey explains, \u201c&#8230;\u200aas well as help develop our technology personnel.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Data-Driven, Dealer-Focused<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dealerships run on data, and TVI\u2019s tech team treats that data with care. From reporting suites to contact databases, every tool is built to save time and increase efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u200aI worked\u2026 this year, primarily, with onboarding,\u201d says Brianne, \u201cmaking sure we have good data from the dealers, as far as their contacts are concerned.\u201d Brianne explains that when TVI\u2019s team knows who to talk to about billing, marketing, or digital efforts, they save time and make life easier for everyone. That efficiency ripples outward, allowing the team to respond faster and serve dealers more effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trey adds, \u201cThe data we collect\u2014from clients, from business partners, from integrations\u2014\u200a[it] drives the reliability in the service department, how often we&#8217;re contacting customers, how often customers are contacting us, which in turn drives RO success in the fixed ops department of the dealership.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>The Secret Sauce: Culture and Communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the core of TVI\u2019s success is a team culture rooted in trust, accountability, and genuine care. \u201cA lot of companies say [they] have a family culture,\u201d Trey says, \u201cbut at TVI, that\u2019s not just word sauce. That\u2019s reality.\u201d Trey further explains that whether it\u2019s fixing a bug or responding to a dealer concern, the team can \u201cjust hop in a room and hash it out.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that\u2019s not limited to the tech team. \u201cEveryone is really good at what they\u2019re good at,\u201d Brianne says. \u201cWhen I ask someone a question, that\u2019s the right person and they\u2019re gonna do their best.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tight-knit collaboration leads to lightning-fast response times\u2014something that often surprises new clients. This is reflected in dealer reactions of \u201c\u2018Wait, you fixed that already?\u2019\u201d Trey laughs. \u201c\u200aIt&#8217;s just such a staggering difference from what they&#8217;re used to in the industry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Accountability with Heart<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The culture of care doesn\u2019t stop with speed. It extends into ownership and empathy. The entire team takes accountability seriously. Brianne says that if someone makes a mistake, they own it, fix it, and move on. That level of responsibility builds trust and keeps things moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More importantly, the entire TVI team genuinely cares. The agents and support staff know dealers by name. They build real relationships. Brianne adds,&nbsp; \u201cIf [our dealers] knew how much [we] cared about them behind the scenes and how hard [we] were working to solve their problems, they would be very happy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>How Dealers Can Help Themselves\u2014By Helping TVI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing both Trey and Brianne agree on? The more information dealers can share upfront\u2014especially contact details\u2014the better TVI can support them.
